A MatchBeat egy online platform, amely segít a DJ-eknek zenei preferenciákat gyűjteni ügyfeleiktől (pl. esküvői párokból) egy megosztható linken keresztül. A pár értékeli a dalokat, a DJ pedig egy strukturált preferencia-összesítőt kap, amely tartalmaz értékeléseket, műfajelemzést, BPM-adatokat és AI-összefoglalót.
A MatchBeat-et egyéni fejlesztő üzemelteti. A szolgáltatás létrehozásával vagy használatával elfogadod ezeket az Általános Szerződési Feltételeket.
Regisztrálhatsz Spotify, Google vagy email/jelszó segítségével. Felelős vagy a hozzáférési adataid bizalmas kezeléséért és a fiókodon keresztül végzett minden tevékenységért. Pontos adatokat kell megadni és naprakészen tartani.
A MatchBeat az alábbi csomagokat kínálja:
A Pro csomagokhoz 7 napos ingyenes próbaidőszak jár. A próbaidőszak lejártáig nem történik terhelés. A fizetést a Stripe biztonságosan kezeli. A MatchBeat nem tárolja a bankkártya adataidat.
Az előfizetést bármikor lemondhatod a profilbeállításokban. A lemondás az aktuális számlázási időszak végén lép hatályba — addig megtartod a hozzáférést. A már kiszámlázott díjak részleges időszakra nem kerülnek visszatérítésre, kivéve ha az alkalmazandó jog ezt előírja.
Elállási jog (EU fogyasztók): Az EU 2011/83/EU irányelve alapján a fogyasztókat 14 napos elállási jog illeti meg. Azonban a MatchBeat előfizetés megkezdésekor — a hozzáférés azonnali aktiválásával — a fogyasztó kifejezetten hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy a 14 napos elállási határidő lejárta előtt megkezdődjön a teljesítés, és tudomásul veszi, hogy ezt követően elveszíti az elállási jogát. Az ingyenes próbaidőszak alatt ez a jog fenntartva marad — a próbaidőszak alatt elállás esetén nem kerül sor terhelésre.

A MatchBeat harmadik fél szolgáltatásokat vesz igénybe, köztük a Spotify-t (zenei adatok és export), a Stripe-ot (fizetés) és a Supabase-t (adattárolás). Ezeknek saját feltételeik és adatvédelmi irányelveik vannak. A MatchBeat nem felelős a harmadik felek által okozott kiesésekért, irányelvváltozásokért vagy funkcionális korlátozásokért.
A Spotify playlist exportfunkció a Spotify API irányelveinek hatálya alá esik. A közvetlen lejátszási lista létrehozása jelenleg nem elérhető a Spotify fejlesztői kvótakorlátozásai miatt — ez a Spotify oldalán fennálló korlátozás, nem a MatchBeat hibája.
A MatchBeat minden kódja, dizájnja és tartalma az üzemeltető tulajdona. A zenei metaadatok a Spotify API-ból származnak, és a vonatkozó jogosultak tulajdonát képezik. Az általad a MatchBeaten keresztül létrehozott eseményadatok és pár-értékelések a te tulajdonodban maradnak.
A MatchBeat "ahogy van" alapon kerül biztosításra, mindenféle garancia nélkül. Nem garantáljuk a megszakítás nélküli elérhetőséget vagy a hibamentes működést. Az alkalmazandó jog által megengedett legnagyobb mértékben nem vállalunk felelősséget semmilyen közvetett, véletlenszerű vagy következményes kárért, amely a szolgáltatás használatából ered, beleértve az adatvesztést vagy az elmaradt hasznot.
Személyes adatokat (név, email cím, eseményadatok) gyűjtünk és kezelünk a szolgáltatás nyújtásához. Az adatokat biztonságosan tároljuk a Supabase-en keresztül, és soha nem adjuk el harmadik feleknek. Az alkalmazandó EU adatvédelmi jogszabályoknak (GDPR) megfelelően járunk el. Bármikor kérheted személyes adataidhoz való hozzáférést, azok módosítását vagy törlését az alábbi elérhetőségen.
Ezeket a Feltételeket bármikor frissíthetjük. Lényeges változásokról emailben vagy az alkalmazáson belüli értesítéssel tájékoztatunk. A változások hatályba lépése után a MatchBeat folyamatos használata a frissített Feltételek elfogadását jelenti.
Ezekre a Feltételekre Magyarország jogszabályai az irányadók. A jogviták kizárólagos illetékességű bírósága a Budapesti bíróság.

MatchBeat is an online platform that helps DJs collect music preferences from their clients (e.g. wedding couples) via a shareable link. The couple rates songs, and the DJ receives a structured preference breakdown including ratings, genre analysis, BPM data, and an AI-generated summary.
MatchBeat is operated by an individual developer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You may register using Spotify, Google, or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
MatchBeat offers the following plans:
Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial period ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. MatchBeat does not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Fees already charged are non-refundable for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
EU Right of Withdrawal: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by starting a MatchBeat subscription you expressly request that performance begins immediately upon activation, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. During any free trial period, the right of withdrawal remains intact — no charge will be made if you cancel before the trial ends.
You agree not to:
MatchBeat integrates with third-party services including Spotify (music data and export), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (data storage). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. MatchBeat is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or feature limitations imposed by third parties.
The Spotify playlist export feature is subject to Spotify's API policies. Direct playlist creation is currently unavailable due to Spotify's developer quota restrictions — this is a Spotify-side limitation, not a MatchBeat defect.
All code, design, and content of MatchBeat is owned by the operator. Music metadata is sourced from Spotify's API and remains the property of the respective rights holders. Event data and couple ratings you create through MatchBeat remain your property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MATCHBEAT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MATCHBEAT, ITS OPERATOR, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. MATCHBEAT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MATCHBEAT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We collect and process personal data (name, email address, event data) to provide the service. Data is stored securely via Supabase and is never sold to third parties. We comply with applicable EU data protection law (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of MatchBeat after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
MatchBeat is operated from Hungary and these Terms are governed by Hungarian law. By using the service, you agree to resolve any disputes in the courts of Budapest, Hungary, and waive any objection to that jurisdiction.
Some US states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental damages. If you are located in such a state, some of the above limitations may not apply to you, and your rights may vary accordingly.
MatchBeat does not specifically target the US market and does not knowingly collect data from users under 13 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@matchbeat.io and we will promptly delete it.
MatchBeat is operated from Hungary and is primarily intended for users in the European Union. If you access the service from outside the EU or the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Australia: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where the ACL applies, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
United Kingdom: We comply with UK GDPR in the same manner as EU GDPR. References to "EU data protection law" in these Terms include the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Canada: We handle personal data in accordance with the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access and correct your personal information by contacting us.
In all cases, the limitation of liability and disclaimer clauses in Section 8 apply to the maximum extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction.
